Amid the ongoing CHINAPLAS 2026, Jwell Machinery Haining Factory grandly launched its factory open house simultaneously. Industry partners and new & long-term clients from across the globe gathered at the Haining manufacturing base. 作为金纬机械全球重要战略制造中心，海宁厂区立足长三角产业高地，专注塑料管道挤出装备、精密模具、新能源光伏胶膜设备等高端挤出装备研发与制造，配备先进 CNC 加工中心、标准化装配车间、专业热处理与氮化产线，年产能超 800 套智能挤出装备，是集团技术落地与规模化交付的核心阵地。
As a vital global strategic manufacturing hub of Jwell Machinery, the Haining factory is rooted in the Yangtze River Delta industrial highland. It focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of high-end extrusion equipment including plastic pipe extrusion lines, precision molds, and new energy photovoltaic film production systems.
Equipped with advanced CNC machining centers, standardized assembly workshops, professional heat treatment and nitriding production lines, the base boasts an annual production capacity of over 800 sets of intelligent extrusion equipment, serving as the core base for the group’s technology implementation and large-scale product delivery.
